WDRC Conference 2017

We had a great Conference this year with our wonderful WDRC team, we didn't have a team come in but elected to do the conference with local folks and also for scheduling we did it over 2 weekends. Which sounded like a great idea at the time but it was super tiring so we will probably reevaluate that idea next year :-P 

Ruth Hale and Emily Hochstetler did a great job with an activity for all of the kids on the first day. It was HOT and forgot sunscreen but luckily we had lots of water. 

That evening we had a great time eating together and showing off some of our talents. We sure have a funny group and it was a great evening to laugh and hang out together. 


I had the privilege of leading our team through a day of StrengthsFinders. We worked through the general idea of StrengthsFinder and started on looking at how our team fits together. I didnt have enough time to finish everything which is too bad but I hope to do some more things at a later time.



We then had a fablous day together at Lac de ma Vallee, where we had great adventures and again didnt have enough time to do everything we wanted to do!

Support our Ministry with MAF

Managers / Pilots / Mechanics / Administrators are needed on the field. As a pilot and advisor, Nick plays a very important role of flying and advising on operations in the WDRC program. DRC is one of the most difficult places to do 'business' there are as many or more difficulties going into the office then flying over the jungles of Congo. However difficult his job is a necessary one; there are numerous isolated places and people in Congo that need MAF to be here.

The only way that we can continue to do the work that Gad has laid before us in Congo is by your generous donations.

We are aware that some partner with us for only a season which leaves an opportunity for others to come along side our ministry; because of that we are always looking those who will partner with us in our ministry with MAF to be able to keep our fundraising goal at 100%.
